Last night at Harbourmaster kicked off Kan Flow Bachata Weekend with pure energy
Tonio Kan led the masterclass on musicality, footwork, and body movement. Dancers filled the floor across all levels, rotating partners smooth, picking up his flow fast. Couples hit partnerwork drills with arms extended right, hips rolling sharp to the beat. Guys worked precise leads, ladies added styling that popped under warm lights. Sweat showed focus, smiles showed they loved it. One shot catches hands high guiding a turn, another freezes Tonio mic on breaking it down live. Workshops wrapped into parties on two floors, mostly bachata with salsa mixed. Crowd built quick, laughter everywhere as people danced late. Competitions got announced, best leader and follower picked by dancers that night. Prizes hit 100 euro cash plus 350 euro Evershot Photography voucher for pro dance video. Kevin Brennan and the full instructor team set the room right from start. Venue nailed it with easy parking, bar running smooth, wood floor perfect for grip. Everyone wore clothes that let them move free, shoes made turns clean. Friday 30 Jan delivered exactly what dancers came for. Today marks 31 Jan, first night done. Sunday 1 Feb brings more at same spot. Men and ladies styling plus footwork, couples partnerwork for L1 to L5, Tonio masterclass again. Full passes bundle it all with party entry.
