3.2
Booking Acceptance: Your contract with us is formed when you complete the booking on our website.
3.3
Payment: While the contract is formed online, payment is collected in-person at the venue via Cash or Revolut. Failure to pay upon arrival constitutes a material breach of this contract.
3.4
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to book or attend any DSA service. We do not accept students under the age of 18.
04

Consumer Rights

4.1

Statutory Cooling-Off Period (14 Days) Under Section 112 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from the day the contract is concluded without giving any reason.

4.2

Waiver of Cooling-Off Period If you book a class or event scheduled to take place during this 14-day cooling-off period, you explicitly request us to begin the performance of the service. You acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel the contract once the service has been fully performed (i.e., once the class or event has finished).

4.3
DSA Goodwill Refund Policy (The “2-Week Guarantee”): In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a goodwill refund policy for our courses. If you decide to cancel your course attendance within the first two (2) weeks of the course start date, we will refund you for the remaining, unattended classes.

05

Service Conformity

5.1
Conformity We warrant that the services supplied will be in conformity with this contract and supplied with reasonable care and skill as required by Part 4 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
